Kaemon Ze stayed at the condo with Gramma while Joe, Jason, and I headed to the Ritz Carlton's exquisite culinary center to learn, hopefully, a few new things.

I finally learned how to properly use a knife! My perfectly cut (ha) tomato, done with my new mad knife skills. :D
